INTERMIX® E mixer

The INTERMIX® E mixer from HF GROUP is a high-performance intermeshing mixer designed for rubber processing, offering exceptional mixing quality and reliable process stability. With the innovative intermeshing rotor technology, of the PES7 Super Cooled®, the PES6 Super Cooled®, the PES5 Super Cooled®, optional silica wear protection and iRam 2.0 basic, it ensures excellent dispersion and low viscosity. INTERMIX® VIC mixer

The INTERMIX® VIC mixer from HF GROUP is a high-performance intermeshing mixer with a unique, additional processing parameter of special importance for the tyre industry - it allows the gap between rotors to be adjusted during the mixing process. A large gap allows very fast intake of raw materials into the mixing chamber, while a narrow gap increases the quality of dispersion.
