The HF GROUP's TANDEM mixer 2.0 is an energy-efficient, multi-stage rubber mixer system designed for demanding rubber processing applications - especially in tyre manufacturing and masterbatch production. As a two-stage rubber mixer with sequentially arranged tandem mixing chambers, it increases throughput by dividing the dispersive, distributive and, if required, reactive mixing tasks between two machines. While the upper machine (ram type mixer) ensures proper incorporation and high-level dispersion of fillers and chemicals, the lower machine (ramless mixer) enables effective distribution of components and reactive mixing (if required), provides excellent cooling capabilities for very good temperature control and offers a very good degassing ability.
